His prices were extremely reasonable and his professionalism and insistence on making sure I understood what the situation was earned my immediate trust. Since then (2018) I have hired him for many larger HOA related electrical projects including rewiring our garage gate switch, adding sensor motion lights to the perimeter of our building, rewiring and placing additional lights on our deck, and most recently the installation of several high quality security cameras and NVR in our building.
