He was initially hired privately to repair some fixtures in my unit. His prices were extremely reasonable and his professionalism and insistence on making sure I understood what the situation was earned my immediate trust. Since then (2018) I have hired him for many larger HOA related electrical projects including rewiring our garage gate switch, adding sensor motion lights to the perimeter of our building, rewiring and placing additional lights on our deck, and most recently the installation of several high quality security cameras and NVR in our building. I have him also slated to work on other buildings I manage to help bring their wiring issues up to code. I have recommended him to friends and family since 2018 and every one has been extremely pleased thus far. He deserves a 5+ star rating!
